Bangladeshi nationals living in the country could seek UAE’s 10-year Golden Visa, subject to their eligibility and government approval through a company in Bangladesh that has tied up with a UAE-based global visa and immigration service provider as part of an agreement signed between the two companies, according to a news release issued recently.

A 10-year Golden Visa is renewable residency visa that allows a foreigner to live, work, and study in the UAE without a national sponsor.

The UAE offers 10-year Golden Visa to investors, scientists, engineers, doctors, teachers, researchers, holders of Doctorate degree, highly-qualified professionals, talented students, inventors, technology experts, sports person, artists, cultural icons, celebrities, start-up and fintech sponsors as well as those who can show a bank deposit of Dh2 million (US$550,000) or an investment in real estate worth Dh2 million.

Visa holders can sponsor their spouse, children (including adult children), parents, and household staff to live in the UAE.

VFS Global, in partnership with Bangladesh-based Rayad Group, provides specialised immigration advisory services for the UAE Golden Visa in Dhaka, allowing eligible Bangladeshi nationals to apply remotely. This initiative, launched in July 2025, offers expert assistance with the application process for the UAE Golden Visa, which enables long-term residency without a sponsor and provides a range of benefits, such as sponsoring family members.

This strategic initiative offers eligible individuals a seamless pathway to secure a 10-year residency in the UAE through government nomination without the need to invest in real estate or establish a business.

Bangladeshis can find guidance and start their applications at the Centre of Excellence in Dhaka, established by VFS ETM and Rayad Group. The center uses AI technology and legal expertise to help with the migration process and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
The Dhaka centre will assist individuals with migration processes and compliance with immigration regulations, utilising advancements in Generative AI technology alongside legal expertise.

"We believe there is strong demand for immigration advisory services, particularly for the UAE Golden Visa. In line with our customer-first policy we are delighted to roll out this solution that empowers applicants to get sound understanding of the immigration process and take informed decisions,” said Yummi Talwar, COO of South Asia division in VFS Global.

According the VFS Global, this marks the first roll-out from the newly established Center of Excellence in Dhaka, a collaborative venture by VFS ETM and Rayad Group.

Rayad Kamal Ayub, MD of Rayad Group, says, “The UAE’s unique combination of economic stability, favorable tax policies, and luxurious living standards positions it as a premier destination for high net worth individuals seeking new opportunities and an elevated quality of life.”

Hundreds of UAE-based Bangladeshi nationals have already received their UAE Golden Visa – based on their qualification fulfilling the respective criteria. However, due to the ongoing restriction on UAE visas, Bangladeshis are unable to enter the UAE. This has increased the demand for UAE visas. The new initiative will help qualified Bangladeshi nationals to apply for the Golden Visa.
